I feel like we have all heard this once or twice before and it definitely speaks to the truth—but  have most of us have always struggled to attain true confidence to be our most genuine and happiest self!

Well, today we are trying to combat that notion by giving you the best tips and tricks to spark that inner confidence!

Confidence can make or break a person—so follow these simple steps and build yourself up!

 

 

Don’t Be Afraid To Say NO!

Whether it’s something you just don’t want, or you need to cancel plans with friends—don’t be afraid to say “NO”. Remember, you come first and by voicing your wants and needs you're sure to feel alot more confident. 

 

 

Have A Self-Care Day 

In today’s day in age we never take a moment to just chill out and focus on ourselves. So, call out of work, take a day off from school and just chill. You could sleep in, take a hot shower and watch your favorite movie or TV shows all day long!

 

 

Stay Active 

 

I know keeping active with a busy schedule is certainly not the easiest task, but if you take care of yourself physically there is no doubt you will feel better mentally (it’s just science). So, sign up for a weekly yoga class or just take a walk outside to clear your head—trust me it will do wonders!

 

 

Meditate 

The world around us is moving so fast, it’s important to slow down and take a few minutes (maybe just ten minutes in the morning) to pause and be more mindful. This will calm you down and start you off on the right note for the day!
